Other than that the new characters are ridiculous and this creation of a son of Shishio is a big bullshit. At least the art is very good.

The 1997 version, while date, still had really good direction, comedic timing and a sharp artstyle that really gave it that unique feel. 2023 so far looks like a generic anime Though, the updated color scheme with the sharper contrast is a welcome addition for me.
